"The rooms and property were amazing. Rooms are so spacious, we loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is that we thought we had access to the pool but did not know we had to pay 2,000 yen per person to use the pool. This information was not made available to us when we booked it on line. This is our only complaint . Otherwise, an amazing hotel. Beautiful!"

"This was our favourite accomodation. On arrival the staff were so lovely and helpful. Our room was gorgeous with great views overlooking the bay and the location was so great about a 5min walk to the american village. The breakfast was amazing aswell i think it may have been included...the bathrooms were spotless with gorgeous showrr and bath and just felt really homely! We will be back to visit :)"

"All around good. We feel that we got a better value than the Hilton hotel next door. Great view, location, setup, etc. Wished the pools were warmer as they were too cold to enjoy. Breakfast was good too."

"Hotel was nice the room had some peeling wall paper and some scuff marks on the walls. The location and breakfast were excellent. I didn’t like the fact that the gym only opened from 9:00am to 8 pm and you had to pay for the pool usage. Enjoyed my stay otherwise"
