"The hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was generous, and the room was very clean. The only inconvenience was the laundry—machines were often occupied, and with two-hour cycles, waits could be long. Overall, the hotel itself easily deserves five stars. I rated it four due to the location. Roppongi felt more focused on style than social interaction; as someone who values conversation over fashion, I found it difficult to connect with people there."

Very unprofessional. Taller female, slim in build. Did not get her name but she was there on the night of my check in. The one with the mask was very helpful. "
