We loved our stay while we were travelling around the Black Sea area. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the meals we had in the restaurant.

visited Sera Lake Resort Hotel with my family and it was a great experience. The staff were great, and the service was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant had amazing food. We enjoyed also the beautiful sceneries while having breakfast or lunch. We loved the evening with a great scoop of ice cream. Overall the experience was great. Will definitely visit again. Oussama

Great nature

Great location, great nature and views. However it’s far from the city and attractions and you surely need a car. Service is not super but acceptable. Evening restaurant staff are amazing, especially Mustangs. Hotel is old and need renovation

It’s a beautiful resort with the most stunning view you could ever imagine! Very friendly and helpful staff. Mehmet (I’m pretty sure or it’s Mahmoud) in Reception and the lady from Bali in the restaurant (forgot to ask her name) were very friendly. Food was lovely as was breakfast- all I would say about breakfast is if each item, and there was lots to choose in the buffet- could have a name so foreigners know what the sauces/ jams etc are. But despite that it was great! Will be recommending this resort to everyone I talk to and may visit again!

The property and staff were excellent. Breakfast was great (and complimentary). I rented a king suite and it had a small kitchen, but I wish there was more provided in the kitchen such as dish soap, a sponge, a knife, more cookware etc. the bathroom was great, there was a washer but no dryer so we weren’t able to do our laundry due to the winter conditions outside. The room had a lake view which was absolutely stunning. It was the best part of the property. Unfortunately because the property is really high up so you’re kind of stranded without a car. We booked a car tour through the hotel to go to Uzungol for one whole day, and the next day we booked a car to take us to and from the forum shopping mall, which was excellent. I’d highly recommend this place to any visitor!

Great location with awesome view

Did a road trip and this was the perfect stop for a break near Trabzon. Nice rooms and decent breakfast. The rooms are spread out over several houses, which gives it a nice resort feeling

Lovely stay

Its a lovely hotel up in the mountains about 15 minute drive from Trabzon. Beautiful scenery, staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant and breakfast were good. You need to have your own car for easy accessibility Would stay here again
