「The location is convenient if you’re looking for somewhere close to the airports. The staff I encountered were polite and friendly. However, the property is old and needs a lot of work. The rooms are moist and moldy smelling. The showers are raggedy and dirty. The rooms give 1990s motel vibes. The public areas are decent but the rooms need a complete overhaul especially for the price.」

「How amazing in Nigeria tour for business! We met all of nice guys, especially Feni in GrandBee hotel. The best full services were satisfied to the all guests need. Thus, the greatest services were attractive to us and we wish to stay over there again in near future. Additionally, we drank " Super OX energic drink" mixed with beer or wine, found out good flavor. 「Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. 」

「The hotel looks exhausted. The carpet should be changed in both the rooms and the common areas. Pool service is slow. Food is ok. The hotel has seen better days.」

「The staff at Lilygate are exceptional. I was created by my name as soon as I walked in the door! Nice touch. In addition, I was created with a refreshing cold bottle of water and juice. Ms. Chinyere Kalu, leader at the front desk was a perfect example of providing excellent customer service. She arranged my transportation from the airport to Lilygate, as well as from Lilygate to Ouidah, Benin. If I lived in Lagos, I would hire Ms. Kalu. If you're looking for a safe, comfortable, and...
