Unfortunately the hotel advertised a spa that was closed on sunday when i arrived. Also the gym was closed and not open. When i requested to move my reservation to the following day as that wad what i came for. They said the manager would have to decide. Expedia accepted and i had to pay a little extra which i agreed to but the hotel then decided not to accept. The front office staff where ignorant. Unable to think and make good customer judgement and take important decision. This is a 24/7 hotel and then the manager to authorise things was not around. Also the back of the sink in the room.was very dirty and disgusting.cockroach found in.the room

Love the hotel. But they decided to do some work at night and that really messed up my sleep. After complaining they figured it out. But overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very safe, clean and hospitable. This is where I will be staying whenever I’m in Lagos.

State of room

The room was ok but the panel on our bedroom door was falling apart when they came to repair it they didn’t insert the nails properly and our clothes got hooked on it, I must say when we complained the porter first said we damaged it. But when I gave him my piece of mind as he was trying to say we damaged it they finally came to repair it. Things could be better as we didn’t want to be complainers but our room wasn’t that great as a lot of things were falling apart. I wasn’t happy either that my first day I asked for my dress to be ironed and it came back ripped even though they said it was ripped when I gave it to them and I told them they shouldn’t have ironed it so there was proof to say if it was from me or the hotel but they apologised. There has to be better communication between the hotel and guests most especially if it has to do with their well being. Apart from that very good team and always willing to make out stay as comfortable as possible. I will be coming back most especially because of the staff thy are amazing.

A nice cozy nest in the center and central Lagos

I was pleasantly surprised by this diamond in the rough of a hotel. In a country where maintenance culture is almost nonexistent. It was nice to see a nice, cozy, medium, well maintained hotel with everything you need for comfort. Mini kitchen and tasty breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay. The employees were always very courteous and professional. My only reservation is them having the gym open for only 7 hours opening times 7-11am and 6pm to 9pm. That is crazy to me cause, why would you expect me to leave everything else al doing just to meet gym specific time? People are on vacation so sometimes after eating we want to catch up or wait for the food to digest before going to work out. But based on their rules by the time you rest after breakfast, their gym is closed from 11 am to 6pm.

Had an awesome stay at GTA ikeja. Definitely one of the best properties in the area. It’s close enough to the airport making commute very easy. The hotel restaurant gets an A with a wide variety of dishes available, breakfast buffet is always good with different options everyday. The decor is very neat, modern and contemporary and amenities all work. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend GTA for an amazing stay!

This is a very clean and well maintained hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed seems a little bit hard for me and I would have loved to have universal wall plugs in my room as I couldn't plug my electronic devices. The choice of breakfast could have been expanded too.
