“Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“The first room they put us in smelled like cigarettes and this was a non-smoking property. The bed linens were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. They gave us another room on a different floor. That room was much better but the floor still looked like it hadn’t been swept for a while.”

“I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room,but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.”

“Stayed just 1 night. Hotel appears to be newly renovated and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was a little limited, but had delicious muffins that were not prepackaged. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Well… Our room had a 2 foot section of wallpaper falling away from the wall exposing black mold. Then, the TV didn’t work at all for two days. They said the whole hotel was down. Next, I couldn’t work out, because the AC was out of order in the Fitness center, and “they were working on it.” next, the reason everyone stays at this hotel is the beautiful scenery of the Cuyahoga river from the patio. Only couldn’t get there, because the elevator was broken! Next, on the fourth floor, there were at……

“We were only there for one night for a concert but it was very clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness)! As soon as I walked in, I could smell that it was just cleaned. I also have sensory issues with bedding and typically can’t sleep in hotel beds, but I slept AMAZINGLY (literally the most comfortable mattress and sheets). We also accidentally locked ourselves out and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was kind of lacking but we did come at the tail end so it was……

“No concerns, everything was clean. No issues with parking. Breakfast offered was good along with presentation, it was self serve and accommodating.Dining area was clean as well”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”
