"The lighting in the room was terrible. The bathroom light turned off automatically while we were in the shower. The microwave wouldn’t open. Our room was not went over after the first night. We had a 2 night stay. The halls smelled like stale cigarettes"

We would've liked more toiletries, towels, a wine cork screw opener (I had to purchase one on my own when it should've been provided after the price we ended up paying) and the hot tub needed to be hotter. ..."
