不滿：設施服務
Property / hotel is mediocre at best. We were in town for a concert at the Civic Center and thought it would be a convenient location. Room rate is twice what it should be. Convenience is negated because of getting in and out of parking garage and the $16 overnight charge. Rooms were not anything above a Hampton or H-I Express. Next time I'll save myself the money and stay away from downtown and stay at one of the hotels mentioned above.

My only concern was the lack of safety grab bars in the shower. There was one on the end of the but that was it. Nothing to grab onto toward the middle where you stand. Very unsafe. Especially for elderly people.

To Ben one of the nicest hotels in downtown canton I expect for it to be better. It’s very outdated. There needs to be a jacuzzi and sauna, rooftop area to chill and more common areas away from the public. There’s to many events that’s happening to really relax and not be bothered. There’s staff are mainly assisting with the event and don’t pay much attention to the guests who are staying at the hotel. Other than that food is great. Room service didn’t come into my room and bring fresh towels when I was gone for a few hours or restocked.

The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. My only complaint is the parking. They have 6 parking spots for the entire hotel. There is parking a block away in a parking deck and the cost is reasonable - $16/night. However, I did not see this mentioned in the description. Staff were very helpful.
