We booked a room with a patio. The patio was the same level as the parking lot and the room smelled. We spent extra for the king suite with a patio view.The only view I had was my truck and the other cars in the parking lot. The view lasted 5 minutes. The total time we were in the room. Management did issue a full refund.

Great location in the Amish area, convenient to everything. The patio off of our room was dirty, needed hosed off, would have made setting outside in the evening nicer. Complementary breakfast had a good selection. Would stay there again if in the area.

very friendly atmosphere, Excellent breakfast However, The room we were given was not the same as the one I reserved. Our room was in on a lower floor like being in a basement and I would not have a reserved a room in a basement. The view from our window was a garbage bin up against the window. also the room I thought i reserved had a sink in the bathroom and one in the bedroom area. This was a specific feature I wanted.

Property was beautiful and well kept. The rooms were updated and had a beautiful view of the pond and golf area. The playground and children's area was very unique, large, and the kids loved playing on it.

I didn't like that the elevator wasnt part of the main hotel. The ice maker are located right outside of some of the room and are very loud. Makes it even louder with people coming and going to get the ice and being loud at all hours of the night.

Wonderful property. Stayed with family. Lobby was really nice with a wonderful coffee machine with lots of options including hot chocolate, and ice cold water. Children's area was a hit with the grandkids. Pool and hot tub very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Theater room with 2 nightly movies was a bonus. The only downside is that we were not in the main building and had to walk to everything at the far opposite end of the building we were in, including breakfast, pool, kid's area, and theater. For future visits we will make sure to be in the main building.

What an amazing property! Our kids had a blast. From the koi pond, to the play houses and play area, hot chocolate machine, to the path, pool, hot tub, cold plunge... topped off with a little movie theater!! It was wonderful and we will be back. All that said, the front desk staff needs a TON of work. Not friendly or inviting, and didn't explain anything that the wonderful resort offered!!!! In the morning there was an instructor led class in a beautiful gym... NONE of this was explained to us! You would think when you see someone checking in with kids that they would ask if we had been there before or tell us what the hotel offered. NONE of that. They were on their phones and gave BAD customer service. I had to ask about the theater, they didn't tell me. I saw a sign. The only friendly staff were the ladies we saw cleaning and the workout instructor that I randomly met. It wasn't just us, I experienced other guests receiving the same treatment we had. It was almost like we were a bother to them. Even a smile and a "Hello" goes a long way. It wasn't just 1 woman, there were 4-5 over our trip that all acted the same way. Hopefully this can be addressed.
