HOTEL CLOSED
This hotel is CLOSED. It had been closed for a few months at the time of my booking - I am in disbelief that a reservation went through. I did not learn it was closed until I pulled into the parking lot at night!!

Dirty, not vacuumed, falling apart, dirty towel, empty paper roll, sticky floor, leaky door, broken shades. Bed seemed and smelled clean.

Great stay, sorry I woke upstairs w/ the bathroom
Stay was pleasant for a one-night stop. Would consider if coming to the area for a longer stay. Only issue I had was bathroom light/fan combo on 1013 (my unit), fan rattled very loudly.

The room we were in was falling apart . Peeling paint , water leaks , rusted tub. Smelled like smoke , the bottoms part of the dishwasher was completely gone.

Horrible
It was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It wasnt vacuumed, the sheets were stained and disgusting. It reeked of cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room.

Had many problems with the functionality of the rooms... in town for long term assignment had to keep moving rooms, staff is very pleasant and helpful nonetheless the upkeep and housekeeping is struggling

This stay was not worth the money(or the free night stay stamp) The room was old and missing light bulbs. The fireplace as advertised in pictures did not work. There was hair hanging from the blow dryer and on the shower wall.

My fiance , my 3 year old and me had a horrible stay. Our room was extremely cold and dirty. it read 57 degrees in our room. we went to front desk because no phone in the room worked. 1 hour later they sent an electrician ( that what the guy said) . He promised he would come back because he could not fix issue and he never came back. We went back to front desk after 1 hour . We were told they were waiting for HVAC to call back. Sure enough no one came back to help us. We had to buy a heater just to stay warm ,because we already paid for our room for 3 nights ... low on funds.. and had OUR 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER . Linen was dirty . Kitchen was nasty . So disappointing

Home away from home...
Love the layout of the room, feels more like an apartment. Only problem I had this stay was that there was no WiFi reception in my room. I ended up using my phone's hot spot to get online. Spoke with the desk person and he put in a service call, spoke with him again when no improvement and got a few dollars off each night of the stay.

It was a very unsatisfactory experience. It was like being in the hood. The noise was atrocious. There was yelling and screaming outside our door. Later in the evening 6 people were outside our door carrying on drinking and smoking weed. Our towels were dirty. The only good thing was the concierge. He was helpful and polite.

The staff were pleasant. We came a little early for check in, so we were okay to wait for our room. But then, they actually were late in giving us our room, and were still cleaning it when we were given the keys and had to wait again. We were told that all rooms were non-smoking, but the room smelt like heavy smokers lived in it for a long time. The room was clean, had lots of amenities, but was definitely older and needed upgrading. Again, the staff was pleasant and professional, but many of the clientel seemed questionable in character, odd activities in the parkig area, loitering and such.

They weren't very accommodating when I arrived early, people were seeking like they lived there, the room was not very clean, and seemed to be poor repair in the bathroom. I stayed long enough to shower and rest for a moment but didn't even stay the night.

When I check in I want to go directly in!
I was highly upset checked in couldn’t go in our room for almost 20 minutes something about the toilet which should have been fixed before we got there so we were standing in the hot heat waiting to go in our room then they said we were going to move to another room then changed it saying oh now the toilet is fixed I was already tired just wanted to relax and the room had an unusual musky odor, I did tell management who seemed to have known about the issue the day before yet you still rented the room out it was all just ridiculous.

It wasn’t clean at all. There were urinexstdins in the sheets and bed, there was food on the floor under the couch as if they didn’t clean the property at all. It’s ran down, old appliances l. Overall disgusting, wouldn’t recommend this hotel to absolutely no one. Terrible!

This property seemed to be run down. Although the front desk staff was friendly, the care of the rooms were not up to par. Room wreaked of alcohol and seemed to have been straightened up rather than cleaned.
