「Staff were kind.」

「I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room, but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.」

「Easy check in and clean!」

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」

「Liked all stay was great!!!」

「Comfy and cozy stay near hiking trails.」

「房間很大，床很舒服，shower還可以，早餐非常的遭，千萬不要去吃他的早餐buffet!!!」

「Friendly staff and clean room, overall we were satisfied.」

「餐點簡單了點，泳池太小了，咖啡好喝，房間很乾凈，床很舒適」

「Two problems. The curtains to block out light could not cover the middle portion of the windows, so bright lights for the parking lot came through the opening. Looked like a set for a noir movie. And in a still dark morning, we couldn’t turn on lights without becoming a floor show for the parking lot. No great expectations for any “free breakfast,” but there was no cold water for drinking. Had to get a staffer draw water from their prep kitchen kitchen sink into a small, plastic glass. ...

「The person who was handling the front desk was excellent! There were a lot of people checking in at once, plus guests with questions, and she had the best attitude.」
