“Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

“Cleaning staff great, front desk poor to average, dining was terrible due to construction and food pricing for what you got. The cleaning staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. Front desk slow to work with you when there was a problem. Food they charged you double what you could get at a waffle house or bob evans for less to same quality. The pool was terrible to ok. Had a random dirty sock and dog toy left in their pool for several days. Sauna not working several days……

“Don’t book here. The pictures look great but this place sucks. The first room I was given had dead roaches everywhere, the toilet would not flush, the heater unit in the room had the whole front broken off and didn’t work. The room was nasty my socks were black just walking around for 10 minutes in the room. I had my husband go to the front desk and ask for another room. I will say the staff was very friendly and polite but when you own a place like that you have to be. The gave us another room……

“The pool, the Jacuzzi and the workout room was advertised online as operating but when we got to the property, it was all closed. The carpet in the room is disgusting. The shower curtain in the bathroom is tied up on the corner where it’s ripped off the microwave had no microwave plate and when I asked for extra towels, I got one extra bath towel. By the way I was there for nights with 2 people staying in the room. The hallway in the first floor had water leaking by the bar area and the paint on……

“Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected.”

“One bedroom suite not as nice as Studio or a quiet. Front desk manager thought was super nice and accommodating! Rate was supposed to be adjusted from one night instead of 2 nights and not corrected by hotel? No onsite restaurant. ”
