They didn’t have microwaves or drawers for clothing and only 1 hanger in the closet. The breakfast room had water damage on the ceiling. The food was good and staff very welcoming. My sister however was given a plunger when her toilet got clogged. I was very surprised cause the Stow/Hudson area is a very well to do area. I won’t be staying here again. If I do stay at the Hampton it will be in Streetsboro. Their facility is very nice.

Expectations were high based on reviews, but was underwhelmed by pool area, no information given about breakfast or wi fi from front desk, had to ask for all info. Ladies that serve breakfast were the best, very happy to help, welcoming and treated everyone well. They made the lackluster experience much more pleasant.

Desk staff did not greet me again. One of the beds had not been changed. When I turned down the sheets, there were little bands and a stain on the fitted sheet. Fortunately the other bed looked clean. When I told the desk staff the next morning, she just said she'd mention it to housekeeping! The furniture in the breakfast room was filthy and the oatmeal was so watery it was gruel. I've stayed here many times over the years and it gets shabbier each time. Will not stay here again.
