We didn’t like 4 out of our 7 breakfasts and we didn’t like our bedding not being changed mid-week as expected. The few staff people we encountered were pleasant enough given the shortage of them for a busy hotel. Most likely not retuning.

The hotel could definitely use updating. There was no plain cream for the coffee in the morning but plenty of flavored cream. I asked the woman at the desk and she was very nice but apologized that there’s no cream for the coffee. They had milk for cereal and could have put some of that out but that was also empty when I went to use it. A bit disappointing for the price.

Two problems. The curtains to block out light could not cover the middle portion of the windows, so bright lights for the parking lot came through the opening. Looked like a set for a noir movie. And in a still dark morning, we couldn’t turn on lights without becoming a floor show for the parking lot. No great expectations for any “free breakfast,” but there was no cold water for drinking. Had to get a staffer draw water from their prep kitchen kitchen sink into a small, plastic glass. Maybe switching out one of the fountain drinks for spring water would help.

Great understanding staff. Switched our rooms easily after our first rooms ac was broken. Allowed a later check out time. The only reason it sucked was the fire alarm going off in the evening and being told we were allowed back in the building and then the fire alarm going off AGAIN at 4AM!!!! Other than that pretty amazing place.

I've been staying at this hotel for 20 years. I don't think we will be staying there any longer. The price was higher than other hotels in the area with more services. The microwaves are gone. When it rained, the entire front of the breakfast room flooded. The staff didnt even notice. We pointed it out to them. Breakfast was the same overcooked folded eggs with peppers every day. Oatmeal was watery.

The room was excellent with good furniture, excellent beds, and a nicely appointed bathroom. The TV was useless. We didn't need it, so no big deal, but it just was broken. Also, you cannot contact the front desk from the room. The telephone has no direct button for service or the front desk and nowhere on it does it indicate any way to contact the front desk. I tried dialing 0, but that didn't work. Also, the hallways were very uncomfortably hot. Our stay was during a warm September time. Evidently they don't bother air conditioning the halls. The free breakfast was pretty good.
