The stay itself was wonderful the room was huge and the man working last night was great. We stayed at this location to be local for my daughter's surgery, we went to leave at 730 this morning and could not get out of the driveway. It was and probably still is completely covered in ice and is very steep, my daughter's surgery had to be rescheduled because I ended up stuck in the parking lot until close to 11 am. When I asked the front desk guy this morning about salt or a salt truck I was told no salt, and he would call but didn't know about a salt truck. Every other hotel was being taken care of right there. I ended up having to wait for a car to move in the hotel next doors parking lot and drive over the curb to their lot and hope for the best. Don't recommend this hotel in icy winter weather that is for sure.

La habitation sucia y hay un decontrol en el hotel ya que viven personas ahi y durante mi estadia toda la noche titan do Puertas y corriendo por los pasillos y muchas personas bregando con drogas en los pasillos del hotel. Otro problema que no recojian basura, no habia Servicios para nueva toallas y estubo nevando y no tenian personal asignado para remover nieve. Lamentablemente el hotel es un disaster y tiene mala administration desde que llegas al hotel.

ALL. The hotel lobby smelled like marijuana. The hallways smelt like marijuana. The room was dirty. There were no towels or a shower curtain in our room when we arrived. The hotel was billed as having a complimentary breakfast. There was no toaster, eggs or anything else that historically comes with a hotel stay that offers a complimentary breakfast. Overall, the hotel was extremely dirty. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This was a nice and clean hotel and would stay again. I gave a 3 out of 5 because they advertise free breakfast from 6-9:30 but when we went down at 8 the only thing they had was coffee. Looks like there may have been fruit or something out at some point but everything was taken

The room was dirty. Not swept under or behind the beds. And there were 3 used condom wrappers on the closet shelf along with more trash in our room. Or reservation was for 3 people but there was only 1 towel in the room. Plus I had to go down to the lobby to get sheets for the hide away bed. But the only extra pillows they had were dirty. The elevators and halls were dirty with hands and finger prints all over like the place had not been cleaned for days. It was the worse limited continental breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. Packaged mini muffins, dry oatmeal, granola bars, coffee or hot chocolate- no juice. There was some yogurt but no fruit or hot food. Staff was friendly however.
