“Great place to have fun”

“Overall, the hotel was very nice, but our room door was broken and we didn't have a shower curtain in our bathroom.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags behind the desk while we enjoyed more of the island before we caught our afternoon ferry. Location was nicely situated to enjoy the town on foot.”

“3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. The room service did not provide any coffee pods for our room, no cream either. The elevator stunk like stagnant dirty water. The front desk staff was rude, and barely begrudgingly helpful. The ice maker was leaking all over the floor. The coffee in the lobby was old and bad tasting. They cleaned our room only once in 4 days.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Pools had way too many people couldn't use them but other than that it was fine.”

“The property was clean overall and the staff were nice. The wi-fi didn't not seem to work and would prefer a little more variety for breakfast.”

“Overall the trip was fun but room was gross. Blankets were extremely old and smelly. Shower curtain needed to be changed. There was a bad storm before we came which resulted in dead birds scattered In front of our room. They were there for the entirety of our stay. One was still alive we took care of it. Front desk was aware.”

“What a beautiful building in downtown Cleveland. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Valet parking is provided at a cost but needed. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent and provided for free. What a fantastic hotel. Will definitely stay here again.”
