“It was good”

“Very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. The self-check-in kiosks were not working for me and several other guests, which created a long line. To make matters worse, there was only one employee handling check-ins, so it took an unreasonably long time just to get our room. Unfortunately, things did not improve after check-in. The room had a noticeable bad odor, and when we checked the bunk beds, there were old chips and debris underneath the mattress that looked like they had……

“I loved the proximity to Cedar Point. Rooms were standard. The view was great. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint was that their systems went down and they were unable to issue us a room/room key for about 4 hours and they did not text us when the system was fixed. We had to show up, not once, but twice on our own to figure it out.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“As always the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful, however at $266 dollars per night, i won't be coming back at that price. There are other options even at $50 less would be better.”

“Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was not just your typical continental breakfast with a few pastries, this was a full on eggs, sausage, biscuits and fruit. Coffee was fantastic. The staff incredibly friendly whether at the front desk or cleaning up the breakfast area. We had a parking snafu when the confirmation text would not come through and the staff were more than helpful ensuring are parking was taken care of.
