We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. Room was comfortable, staff friendly, and breakfast filling. Great stay! And a 15 minute walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.」
