“Water park and the spa was excellent”

“We had a nice time staying here. The hotel was right next to the park so that was very convenient. The pool was nice. Took a long time to get the elevator during busy times. We actually left the restaurant in the hotel (TGI Fridays) after waiting over an hour for our food. Overall, rooms and hotel were clean. Would stay again.”

“The swim up bars were great, but everything closes at 9 including the pools which was interesting. I didn’t know all the pools on put in bay were open to the public so I probably would’ve stayed somewhere else had I known I could just walk in. They were super friendly and nice, but they counted every single towel you took and wouldn’t let you request extra towels. Nice resort but drinks are so expensive and they make sure you don’t bring anythingggg from outside so be sure to bring a few extra……

“Amazing time”

“Stay was ok, room was clean. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to a sprinkler that exploded on a different floor, and we had a long weekend ahead of us. No fault of anyone, we all protocol seemed to be followed appropriately to keep all safe.”

“The room smelled horrible. Bed was very uncomfortable. There were people outside our room drinking and carrying on all night. We left at 4:30 AM and they were still outside partying.”

“The room smelled when looking around the room everything look old and not taken of the bed had a big ripped in the side of the masters like you could stuck your hand in the whole, the sheet had stans like old blood or something wholes in the walls and paint chipping from the top to the bottom of walls didnt feel clean at all! Rust was all over the toilet paper holder and other places in the bathroom. Just not happy with the stay happy it was only one night. How bad the room looked and smelled……

“I wish that I had stayed anywhere else. The room was dated and did not feel comfortable. There is a large area of something that was sticky on the desk surface that does not come off. At least one AC outlet does not work and at least one USB port does not work. There is no working bathroom fan so when taking a shower the entire room becomes dripping in condensation and steam, even with the door open. The shower door is a ridiculous half glass door with a large port to reach through to……

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……
