“Mold around the grout of the shower, tub. The water park had no slides open and the wave pool was down two days. The best part of my experience was the location to Cedar Point, and the breakfast buffet is reasonable priced and good options to choose from and flavorful.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“There were only 2 towels in a room for 4 people. Then housekeeping took our dirty towels and did not leave us with clean ones. I had to call down to the front desk and go down and get them because they said there was no one to bring them to our room. When I asked for an extra towel I was told I could only get 3.”

There was a bad storm before we came which resulted in dead birds scattered In front of our room. They were there for the entirety of our stay. One was still alive we took care of it. “Don't expect to find parking as there is not much. They should not allow golf carts to park in automobile spots, and that would open some up. I hate the fact we had to wear a bracelet 24/7. It's just a terrible concept for a place that pushes being out by their pool all day, yet will require yet another bracelet once you get in there. Makes no sense to me. The bracelet should be a sign we don't need another bracelet at the pool. Our room was by the elevator and ice room it was incredibly……

“I didn’t like the snack shop it didn’t have much snacks in there it only had a variety of drinks. Disabled people should automatically allowed to bring someone to the room with them and kids should be free. Instead of a restaurant you guys should build an indoor pool..”
