“Perfect place to stay for a visit to Cedar Point. Room was comfortable, staff was helpful and we enjoyed the beach, pools and hot tubs. Good restaurant choices on-site. Was nice to be able to leave the park and go back to the room and then return.”

“The room was very average. The bedroom sheets and pillows were below average. The hallways had a weird smell and carpet was dirty. The location was great for walking to everything. Check in was easy and would have got a higher rating except the man working the pool only let you have one towel and you couldn’t leave the pool with it. So bring your own towels. There were many people drunk at the pool and over-serving was definitely happening, which made the pool at night unusable for us.”

“I highly recommend you avoid booking at this location. I checked in and went to my room and could not open the door to my room. I had to return to the front desk on the one working elevator (2 were not working, resulting in long waits) with all my luggage. While in the elevator, multiple people complained about the conditions at this property. The pool and hot tub were closed all week due to maintenance. The halls were dirty. The restaurant was closed due to renovations. The property manager is……

“I think the hotel was very nice, good price, nice pool, good breakfast. But, I staple of mine growing up was to ask if our linen could be changed so it feels like a fresh bed. I usually wait til the 2nd day to ask. I asked if someone could come by and change our bed linen. The young woman at the front to me they would as long as the “do not disturb” was not on the handle.. long story short, for the additional 2 days, the beds were not made. Unfortunate but it was the only ask”
