“What impressed me the most is overall design of the outside. It made me believe I was in a cruise, especially with how the windows are. I like how it was quite close to cedar point as well, so I have no complaints about it.”

“Great hotel!! Attentive and very nice staff. Rooms were perfect in cleanliness and size. Hibachi restaurant on site was delicious! Having a private entrance to the park and early access was the icing on the cake!! The pools, hot tub and beach were nice way to unwind after a day at the park. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Cedar Point.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The pictures did not accurately reflect the property. The hallway carpets were dirty, and guests frequently left trash outside their doors, where it often remained for extended periods. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. The rooms themselves were in better condition than the common areas, but overall, I would not recommend this as a first-choice stay.”

“This place was great. It felt like early 20th-century elegance. The hotel was outstanding, within easy walking distance to the Guardians game, and just around the corner from the lake. We will be back for sure!”

“The staff was very helpful, there is a free trolley that takes you about the city and stops right outside, fountain square had something going on both nights we were there, and the reds stadium was just a few minutes walk away.”

We had trouble finding space to allow both of our suitcases to be open and accessible at the same time. Our room, which was on the second floor near ice and elevator, was very noisy in the evenings and into the night. Staff was friendly and service was impeccable in restaurant.”
