「Water park and the spa was excellent」

「We had a nice time staying here. The hotel was right next to the park so that was very convenient. The pool was nice. Took a long time to get the elevator during busy times. We actually left the restaurant in the hotel (TGI Fridays) after waiting over an hour for our food. Overall, rooms and hotel were clean. Would stay again.」

I didn’t know all the pools on put in bay were open to the public so I probably would’ve stayed somewhere else had I known I could just walk in. They were super friendly and nice, but they counted every single towel you took and wouldn’t let you request extra towels. Nice resort but drinks are so expensive and they make sure you don’t bring anythingggg from outside so be sure to bring a few extra...

「Would not stay here again. Room smelled very musty. When checking in they told me room was haunted to be funny... I think. Elevator had issues. Bed was clean otherwise we would have left. Used the stairs in and out as we were afraid to get stuck in the elevator. Definitely rest of the room was not the cleanest. Someone kept calling our phone late at night. 「Stay was ok, room was clean. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to a sprinkler that exploded on a different floor, and we had a long weekend ahead of us. No fault of anyone, we all protocol seemed to be followed appropriately to keep all safe.」

「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices.
