“It is good”

“Friendly staff and clean. Rollercoaster view was enjoyable and easy access in and out. Perfect location to magnum gate and boardwalk beach entrance. Early entry to get in the park was great on the day you check in and check out because you can get in line for rides before the park opens to the public. Room was good, fridge and freezer nice size. Air was perfect kept it cold. Beds were comfortable. Our shower head was broken not a big deal just didn’t like it spraying water all over. Need a……

“Very clean inside the room & around the property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Toilet was broken and maintenance was sent out very fast. Beds were comfy.”

“There was trash daily in hallways, overflowing trash cans everywhere. Liquid and food trash in elevators. The staircase was cleaner than the elevators. My room and the hallway it was off of smelled like mold, carpet in bad shape, obvious water damage, tub didn’t hold water, needed a wrench to turn on shower or any water going to shower, toilet randomly ran water consistently. Cable channels kept going out. Staff never answers phone forcing you to walk allllllll the way to the front desk, mostly……

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

The overall hotel hallways smelled musty and although the room was decently clean, the switches were disgusting, broken outlets throughout the room, moldy caulking in bathroom around toilet and shower. Also broken furniture. The breakfast was gross and they stopped putting more food out even though more guests were coming in to eat and asking for it. I won’t be staying there again.”

“They have two buildings there I stayed in the exterior building because I had my dog with me. It’s great that they’re able to accommodate dogs of all sizes and breeds. However, the hotel room rooms in the other building are much nicer. They’re also larger. On the second day we were there. I guess they had some kind of electric issue with the hot water tank and we had no hot water. They did accommodate us by allowing me to take a shower in the other building in a different hotel room.
