“Loved the welcoming atmosphere, beautiful hotel, clean waterpark, location , and kind staff. Only issue i encountered was housekeeping, I was not informed we had to request housekeeping and when you do, must tell them what to clean. I called and informed them to make beds, sweep floors, and replace towels: we get back from Cedar Point and all the dirty towels are still on bathroom floor. Please update housekeeping guidelines.”

“The room was very clean but smelled like someone cooked fish in the microwave. The tub did not drain properly and unfortunately due to the weather the staff in the water park had to rush out and left the music on till 12:30 in the morning. Checking out was easy peasy and the screens on the balcony was amazing especially at peak bug season. all in all I would consider staying again but not at over $500/night”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Check in was easy. But upon check in we were notified that the pool was down for maintenance and that the advertised breakfast included was not available for over a year. I complained at check that I those amenties should have been notified and updated in their advertising and that would have caused me not to book the hotel if they were known. The management of the hotel said they have told Expedia for several months and Expedia has not changed it. If we wish any compensation if must be though……

“The property was immaculate, staff was tremendous, not only a free breakfast but free dinner as well. Very centrally located walking distance to many things, (we went to Rock n Roll hall of fame and Guardians game.). My next trip to Cleveland this will definitely be my first choice.”

“Hotel is conveniently located near many great restaurants and businesses. However, the hotel feels very out of date, run down (lots of “out of order” situations), everything feels dusty and tired. Staff was very kind from Valet to the front desk. Homeless people were present during the day in the lower street atrium area, though the area is secured at night. I felt safe, but far from inspired by my stay.”
