“Do not stay on the fourth floor. The entire floor as well as the room smelled of mildew. The staff was kind enough to change our room to the north side of building. In our room the shower valve broke. Had to call maintenance to repair. The water park was very nice my kids enjoyed. Was supposed to get discounted tickets to Cedar point per promise on website but was told at the resort since we used Expedia I was not eligible for tickets costed me 327 dollars more than planned.”

“The location is perfect if you want to do nothing more but hang out at the beach and Cedar Point. Worked out perfectly for me and my family, our only issue was what I’m assuming kids running around usually at night banging on doors. This happened every night we stayed there sometimes twice a night and we reported it multiple times to the staff and they pretty much told us they couldn’t do anything about it but to continue reporting when it would happen.”

“Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……
