“The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile on their Face And a cheerful attitude. Our door lock was broken maintenance came and fixed it with a pleasant attitude no issues. Our check in was early and smooth. Housekeeping was very polite. The kitchen staff was very helpful and apologetic our eggs had shells in them ( side note) yes they use fresh eggs not box❤️. All the characters were so fun and playful. All the watersides were available at different times. We had an amazing……

“Great place to stay! Only disappointment was how long it took housekeeping to clean our room. We stayed a week and it was only cleaned once, which was fine, but the day we wanted it cleaned, Housekeeping showed up at 4p which was the time we returned from the park and wanted to relax.”

“Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was closed due to a contamination, however, staff was there to greet and explain to everyone attempting to use the pool. We ate in the restaurant and had good service and good food. We came back later and ordered takeout dessert and while the staff was a bit disorganized with the pickup, the dessert was good. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. “There were stains upon stains on the blankets, pillows, mattress protector, etc. most of them being yellow, some being red, brown and other fun colors. We informed staff and she moved us to another room. The other room had significantly less stains, but still there. The rooms reeked of some sort of air freshener that was extremely overwhelming. Our card for our door wouldn’t work so check in took over 45 minutes of playing cat and mouse. Breakfast was provided, but it’s the type of food you’re……

“Such a nice hotel! Well kept and clean and the rooms are large with beautiful windows and natural light. Easy walking distance from many venues. The free breakfast and dinner were a huge perk as a family!”
