“Water park hours were not good. Didn’t open until 10 and closed at 8pm. Rooms were never serviced and we were there 4 nights. Had to ask multiple times for clean towels. Room trash was overflowing. Water park was short staffed on the weekend and multiple attractions were closed. Hotel cafe had one person working. Waited 20 minutes for a premade breakfast sandwich.”

“Very clean inside the room & around the property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Toilet was broken and maintenance was sent out very fast. Beds were comfy.”

“We stayed for a concert at the stadium, location was convenient. However, our room had lots of previously damaged items and it wasn’t clean. The AC wasn’t cold, and the mini fridge didn’t work. We asked for a different room and they moved us no problem. Our main reason for booking was to spend some time at the pool, when we arrived it wasn’t in service, also no breakfast was served even though this was listed as an amenity on the site.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……
