“Great place for kids especially the water park. Wish they open little longer at night.”

“The high cost to stay here was for the convenience. Nice to have fast and easy access to the parks, beach, pool and restaurants. However I did feel that the rooms were not worth the cost. The air conditioning was not cold enough despite lowering the temp to the lowest which was 66 degrees. There was no fan in the shower so the steam had nowhere to go. The patio was great but very dirty. The pillows and bed were not comfortable. Kids had a blast so that is success.”

“Like the closeness and walking distance to downtown. Construction going on so there was a chain link fence around our window to the outside. Chain link fencing around door going into hotel--still charged full price and would not move us to a different room. $458.00 for the Friday night stay.... The DJ plays music at the pool from 11:30 am until 8:00 pm that is so loud you cannot sit by the pool and have any type of conversation with the people in our group. After 2 hrs we both had headaches……

“The staff was so kind and helpful! Our gluten and dairy allergies were accommodated at the restaurant with no issue! Our boys loved the indoor and outdoor pools and the onsite market was very useful!”

“Was checked is by a girl that clearly was eating her dinner when we got there. She was rude and was talking to us with a mouth full of food. Got to our room. No WiFi. The telephone didn’t work. No shampoo or body wash in the containers. No hand soap. The basic necessities were not provided to us. The breakfast was AWFUL. Only 2 hot station plates being used of 6, with half a scoop of scrambled eggs and 2 over cooked sausages. How does that feed a family of 5, plus everyone else in the hotel.……

“We checked in and were given a room that smelled of mildew. Thankfully we got another room but it wasn’t much better. Although the hotel says it’s smoke free most areas small like musty cigarettes. The food at the breakfast buffet was the worst I’ve seen. Not much variety and very barebones. The rooms are dated, dark and not well-maintained.”

“We booked this room as it was the only available room in short notice. After reading the other reviews we were genuinely worried. However, the hotel exceeded expectations. Our room was generally clean. There was some dust on the bed frame, the cleaning crew missed a flossing pic, and there was a black hair on the bed. This certainly isn’t a luxury hotel by any means, but was adequate for our weekend stay. There is the pool bar, and several other bars just outside. If you’re going to be partying……
