“The hotel's selling feature is that is it within the Cedar Point amusement park. This is true, but finding or being directed to the road that takes you to the hotel was somewhat challenging to find. All groups within our party had an issue with this and the signage that does exist is after you are past the tollbooths to the parking lot. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. “Very clean inside the room & around the property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Toilet was broken and maintenance was sent out very fast. Beds were comfy.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. “Well our phone did not work in our room and the tub in the room the faucet was taken off so we could not use it for the jacuzzi tube. I complained and got no where.
