“Mold around the grout of the shower, tub. The water park had no slides open and the wave pool was down two days. The best part of my experience was the location to Cedar Point, and the breakfast buffet is reasonable priced and good options to choose from and flavorful.”

“After reading some reviews I was a little hesitant but we were so happy with our stay. Its is so convenient and the rooms are very clean and nice. We stayed in the towers, rooms were clean, fairly spacious, beds were comfortable and the pool was nice as well. We will definitely be returning.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The property was clean overall and the staff were nice. The wi-fi didn't not seem to work and would prefer a little more variety for breakfast.”

There was a bad storm before we came which resulted in dead birds scattered In front of our room. They were there for the entirety of our stay. One was still alive we took care of it. Front desk was aware.”

“7 /4/26 First trip to Cleveland and staying in a Drury Hotel. Came for the Whte Sox vs Guardians game. Great experience from the start at Progressive Field to our stay at Drury. The breakfast staff were incredible at keeping up with the buffet. Great food and friendly service all around. Room and hotel was impressive all around. Would come back and highly recommend.”
