「Room was not cleaned when we arrived , called about some one coming to clean it didn't happen till late, he still didn't do anything removed a bag a of trash out the room that was there ,roomy was dusty also had a VERY MUSTY SMELL that nothing was done about it if we weren't willing to stay out the room for an hour at 10:30, 11 at night kids which wasn't a option.」

Not even a coffee maker in room so have to spend more $…body wash was empty in shower. Have to bring towels from room to pool. Overall an average hotel that is extremely over priced!」

「There was food in the room by the bed that was not cleaned up when we got there. The remote was broken on the TV. The air conditioner was broken and after. It was fixed still didn’t seem like it worked. The TV at times didn’t work. There was no ice in the ice maker on our floor which they said would be fixed and it wasn’t. Also $20 a day to park seems a little steep to me when you’re already paying over $300 a night for a room.」

「Everything about the place is good. Not excellent but good. The pillows are super soft so if you like to sleep with your head slightly elevated you had better bring your pillow from home. (Which most people probably already do)」

We knew based on previous reviews that this resort can be filled up with kids during tournaments, however we would always choose to go back here as the resort and staff make it all worthwhile. 「No courtesy from the staff, had issues in the room with exhaust fan and toilet flush - not addressed throughout our stay. Few of the door to building were not closing properly(security concern) . Two out of three elevators were out of order. Don’t get fooled by the price they offer and the photos you see online. I wish I could dispute charges with credit card company but that’s against my ethics. No room service.」

「Great pool and outside area」

「This is an older property but good value for the money for those looking for reasonable price and proximity to downtown Sandusky. There are no frills but the room was clean, large and comfortable. I would stay here again.」

「Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.」
