“The hotel's selling feature is that is it within the Cedar Point amusement park. This is true, but finding or being directed to the road that takes you to the hotel was somewhat challenging to find. All groups within our party had an issue with this and the signage that does exist is after you are past the tollbooths to the parking lot. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. “Very clean inside the room & around the property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Toilet was broken and maintenance was sent out very fast. Beds were comfy.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“We loved the proximity to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field as well as the proximity to many restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised at getting complimentary breakfast (which was very good) and complimentary snack like dinners and drinks (max. of 3 each person/night stay, beer and wine only). Water & coffee were available all day and popcorn at late afternoon into early evening. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to catch a Patriots/Browns game.”
