「Car pass - when leaving facility and reentering we had to go thru security every time & show our email reservation. Why isn’t a car pass giving at check in to make this process easier? The swimming pools were filthy, sand and dead bugs covered the bottom of the pool and duck poop that a fellow guest cleaned after 6 staff members ignored the problem. Water fountains by the pools were filthy with dead bugs and bird dung! Requested room service after they skipped our room, they left the dirty wet...

「The rooms seemed updated but we had a lighter, old dirty towel left in our room when we got there. Our air conditioning unit leaked all over the ground so half the room was a pond, when you walked on it, the water splashed. We had a 2 towels put down to soak up the water which was brown. We asked for maintenance and it wasn’t taken care of until the second time we asked. They supposedly fixed it and put another towel down and the second towel was soaked after an hour. Not a good stay at all.」

「Great location for team traveling」

「We stayed for two nights while visiting Cedar Point. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good the first morning - the usual choices - but the second morning wasn’t as appealing. The only other issue was the hot tub was not functioning (water was plenty warm but jets inoperable). Would not hesitate to stay here if we visit the area again.」

「This was our second time staying here. Both times were great. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The late departure time is awesome. Plenty of time to sleep in and still jump in the pool and hot tub. We will return.」

「The room was dirty and the hotel smelled like Hibiscus. The carpet was very dirty. Our hotel room bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine every time the toilet flushed or we took at shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly.」
