The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable the pool was small. If you have any hip problems the toilet is real short so I went to the one outside the pool when I could we was real close to it. They offered to move us to a handicap room but did not want to move. The price was great. Lot of things to do in that aria.

The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. We didn’t have any soap in our room, and the staff recommended that we use the body wash instead. That was the only issue we had. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel cleanliness was below average. It seemed apparent that the hotel was struggling with staffing. While most of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, the housekeeping seemed to be lacking the attention that I usually experience and expect.

There has definitely been an overall improvement at this property. We stay here multiple times during the summer. The last few visits with the exception of this trip things have not been great. I will not go into detail but if you have visited in the last year you have an idea of what I’m referring to. However during this visit we noticed there has definitely been an improvement. Much quieter, no marijuana smell, no questionable characters or staff. There has definitely been some changes and overall improvement. The only thing I would suggest is to go through each room and do a thorough and deep clean. If the environment has made this much improvement I believe a thorough and deep clean of each room would definitely be worth the effort to help the overall experience for each guest. Thanks to those who have made improvements and the dedicated staff the stayed through the transition!!

The bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful. The pool room was clean but the screens in the open windows were in need of some repair. 1 day breakfast was very good 2nd day breakfast was just ok. The hotel was quiet and not far from either of the ferry’s to the island. This is farther from jet express.

The room was pretty good and the bathroom seemed clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The pool area needs some help. Some of the tiles were broken and moved when you walked on them.

Stayed 4 nights the bed was extremely comfortable with super soft sheets. Was amazed at the good breakfast they had. The dark hared lady with cool tattoos at the front desk was superwoman. Got us extra towels toilet paper and fixed our TV.
