The room was very large and well appointed. The staff was fantastic. We had a cocktail in the bar and it was on point. There’s also a steakhouse, conveniently located across the parking lot where we had a delicious meal.We will definitely return to this hotel for our stays in Columbus.

I would first love to say just how welcoming Kia was from the moment we entered the building and she processed our arrival and departure. She was so knowledgeable and warm.The entire staff was so kind, pleasant, and helpful. One of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed in a while. The amenities were top tier. The only recommendations that I would have is if there could be a microwave inside of the rooms. But honestly this was one of the best stays and we will continue to book with The Hyatt.
