The staff was great but I wish they told us prior to check in that the pool was freezing cold and despite other reviews the bed was like a 3 out of 5 and the eggs at breakfast were horrible and the biscuits were hard as rocks. Honestly I was expecting better from the Hyatt, would not stay again.

The room was very large and well appointed. The staff was fantastic. We had a cocktail in the bar and it was on point. There’s also a steakhouse, conveniently located across the parking lot where we had a delicious meal.We will definitely return to this hotel for our stays in Columbus.
