We were confronted upon check-in with little slips of paper and numbers to call to deal with a glitch caused by the third party online booking. Some validation of the customer would have been appreciated. A glass of water so I could talk for an hour to try to figure it all out. We were given directions to...

「Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were not clean. The first room I was given had a distinct smell. I was given another room which the bathroom was not clean ( dirty towels and soap still out). I was finally upgraded and given a somewhat clean room (something was on chairs and I wiped chairs down) and tub did not work. Very disappointed.」
