“The pictures are deceptive. This hotel is run down. The room I stayed in the bathroom ceiling was a hole and in the room the cei ceiling had water damage and the room itself just was not very good”

“This is one of the nicest and cleanest lodging facilities I have ever stayed in. It must not be that old, because it was spotless. Everything was first class about the rooms, breakfast, staff being friendly, etc. It was almost perfect.....except for one item!!! The pillows were terrible. They had zero support to them. Perhaps they have done studies that people want extrmely soft pillows, because these were almost too soft to call a pillow. It's like they had nothing in them. If you need……

I went to check out and I was getting late for an appointment. The person was on the phone was laser focused on the call and did not ever look at me. “I asked to see the room prior to paying There are no coffee machines. No ice machines towels ARE VERY USED, 1 small bar of soap. No ADA ROOMS 2 towels vert ratty ,2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths. Tub is from the 80's as are the 2 handle tub valves. Diverter spout sticks in up position ( found out hard way). Shower head is from 80's. Price Pfister. Shower arm was wobbly, Step up into room is about 7 inches, Door has no weather stripping leaks light and-or- air . Back of main Door is dirty, as……

“We were pretty disappointed with our stay in Canton. The hotel was under renovation, which I get is important but there was no place out front to park to check in. Our room had gum stuck to the carpet and the TV did not work.”

“The property is in pretty good shape. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. There are, however, some annoying issues. First, you were quite some way away from restaurants and the hotel does not have any food service and what items they have in their pantry store are pretty poor. Second in our room they had a chair that even a secondhand store wouldn’t sell. I do not know why they would have this type of distressed furniture in there rooms unless the hotel is just not doing well. Would I……
