「My only two complaints was, I asked for my room to be cleaned once I left, and it never was. This was for all 3 days. Then, my biggest issue was the parking. Number one the stew was a bit sketchy and I was alone. It was located in Downtown, and I had to literally circle the block for 30 mins and Saturday for almost an hour to find parking. I didn't feel very safe coming in late and no parking close. The last day when I brought this up, they mentioned there was parking across for a daily fee....

「The front desk staff was super nice but unfortunately checked one of the people in our group into a room full of another guests items and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We also found spots of what looked like blood on the walls and when we crawled into bed the sheets were both stained and had hair on them. 「There honestly was nothing amazing about this hotel. It was just a place to stay..nothing more or less. My son hated it, he felt it could have been maintained better and that it needed to be upgraded. The bathroom was VERY small. Just the toilet and shower and a sliding door. The sink was outside the bathroom, a small wall separated the sink and the bed. Glad we only booked for one night. The breakfast was nothing to rave about」

「The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!」

「First, if you have trouble with the air/heat unit, check how it is set. Our unit was cycling off and back on after 20 seconds . . . switching it from heat to air conditioning stopped that (crazy weather!) No problems with the unit itself, just with the settings. This was a fine for the price place to spend the night. The hotel could use some updates, and had an odd smell, but it was quiet and obvious that the employees were doing their best to keep it clean. The breakfast was basic but...
