Staff was very nice The room was perfect for what we needed. Only thing they didn’t come and collect our dirty towels every day or two but other than that, we went down and got some more and everyone was very polite, we will definitely be staying here again

Staff is excellent very polite and they work with you. I stay here quite a few times while I search out for homes to purchase. It’s in the heart of restaurant row of Canton so you have many choices to choose from and easy to travel to get to and from.

Staff was fine our room was reasonably clean. Breakfast ok. Our room smelled of smoke. Other parts of the hotel smelled as well. The door going outside didn't lock. The outside grounds had trash. Finally, I got three bed bug bites and we saw one bug.

Although the property is pretty run down our room was clean. It needs a toilet seat that fits -- there was an enlongated toilet with a round seat on it. I enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good --many items to choose including eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, juice, toast, and cereal.

Our trip was nice and clean. Very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was Amazing and we think The only negative thing was are bathtub would not drain very much like non at all.

For a cheaper option, this is a good motel. The public areas were clean, though the parking lot could use a repave (or at least fill the holes). The room was a decent size and clean, with the only issue being damage to the bathroom ceiling. And even though it's on a busy road, there was not much noise from traffic.

Avoid, dirty and falling apart!

The building was falling apart, the hot tub was covered with a board and unusable, the rooms were not very clean (dust in corners, hair in shower, used wash cloth hanging on shower head, someone's sock and pacifier under bed). The breakfast was decent and the staff were nice enough. We will most definitely not stay here again!!

Needs improvements

Check in was easy and quick. However when we went to the room there were black areas, potential mold, above the shower and other repairs in the bathroom area ceilings. Had to check out of that room and check into a new room. Front desk help was great and had no problem getting us into another room. The breakfast was ok the first morning nothing special. The eggs the second morning were not good. Chose to eat somewhere else the last morning.

Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating.

Booked a king bed suite. The online photos were completely misleading. It showed beautiful bathrooms - one of which had a jetted tub and separate shower. Now, I did not book the room with such amenity, but I expected to have a decent sized bathroom. It was basically a closet that housed a toilet and tub/shower combo. I had to walk sideways to get through the door. Kept banging the door into the tub everytime I went in and out. There was a large spot of the popcorn ceiling missing right above the bed. The light and heat lamp in the bathroom had NO covers on them. They splurged on a backlit mirror for the vanity which was nice, but the counter was unusually short for an adult (about the right height for a child to use).There was a soda bottle lid on the floor between the TV stand and wall that was apparently missed by the cleaning crew before we checked in. I can say that at least the heat worked well and the bed was comfortable. The sitting area was nice and well lit. Needless to say, I would not stay there again. I was disappointed with the accommodations. I can't testify to breakfast as I did not take advantage of it.

The place is what it is, a reasonably priced olace to sleep in a city that can charge youvan arm and a leg for just that. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the elevator was out so we had to use the stairs. The pool was great and a perfect respite after a long day, but the hotctub is forever broken or so we were told
