「Had dogs and it was very easy and no stress to check in with them and the staff so so amazing.. I have moved a lot and stayed in alot of different hotels but I wish I could stay at a place like this every time」

「Everything seems okay and smooth at check-in. However at check out, it was a different story. There was no water available at breakfast and fellow occupants didn’t have anything to drink. While they were trying to find someone to refill the water there were 2 other in line ahead of me to checkout. We waited 25 minutes to checkout and had to contact the property through my booking to locate an employee to check us out. We stayed for a graduation and was almost late due to the long wait. 「There was an odor when you walk in the door to the lobby, like bad deodorizer. The bed sits on a steel frame that you constantly hit with your feet. No chair in the room to sit on, only bed. The hotel needs serious updating」

「Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.」

「Beds were super soft and tall, dont sleep on the edges cause you'll end up rolling off. The breakfast was disappointing. Came down 30 mins before it ended. The lady who was in charge wouldn't make more eggs. The tater tots were all squished. She was outside smoking. On the patio throwing her cigarette butts on the ground. Other staff members came down at the end of breakfast to take what was left..but there wasn't much left.」

「The hotel overall was great. Staff was super. They are going through renovations so there was a bit of a mess as to be expected. The ice machine was broke but the front desk provided ice. The breakfast area was out of coffee one day but they replenished next day. Room was clean. Once the renovations are done it will be great!」

「All was great-staff, breakfast, room, quietness, location. Only thing that made us upset was finding out that since we were staying a whole week, we had to let housekeeping come in after 3 days to clean the room. Tried to prevent that happening but lost that battle.」

「The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful.」
