It’s an older hotel. A little outdated but clean. The pool area was decent. The majority of the first day the splash pad wasn’t working. The second day a guy walked around the pool area with a gun the entire day. And another was smoking weed. Reported it to front desk. They seemed concerned but nothing was done about it. Breakfast was the best part of the hotel. Aside from the arcade which was a pleasant surprise. Next time we come we will likely stay some place else. It was quite crowded. But that’s to be expected with them having the splash pad.

Rooms was fine. Place was pretty outdated & the lady at the front desk was so rude. Beware if you want to check in early it’s a 35.00 fee. Just okay nothing special my kids did have fun in the water. The receptionist was upset she had to do her job- she makes me never want to return.

Our bathroom mirror was dirty, the sheets were thin and the pillows were awful. It was way over crowded but the kids did enjoy it. Breakfast was a long wait because of course all the kids wanted waffles but they had you make them instead of having them made.

Pool water park is great. Kids had a blast! The hotel is very well maintained and organised. Staff is also very friendly and one of the gentleman that stayed at the pool was fantastic. I forgot his name but he is a foreign worker with so much energy and empathy. Loved it!

The room was really spacious and lots of room to spread out. It'd be nice to have 2 chairs at the table though for when you're eating. We did discover ants in our bathroom and brought it to staff attention but they didn't offer to do anything about it other then to say sorry... The pool was nice, however the family hot tub was really, really HOT compared to the adults hot tub. My son and i both had a pretty bad rash for a few days after. Idk if from the chemicals or the hit water. Breakfast was good though!

We used our points to stay the long weekend here with the kids while it was 10degrees out. The pool area was perfect for our 8-3 year olds. Some areas show sign of age, but everything is functional and they were always staffed and happy to take care of everything. The breakfast was great - lots of options and the ladies were on it and so nice. The pool area was perfect and they were great at keeping tools up. The arcade was more than I expected for a small hotel, but when it gets busy just wait for it to clear out. The traffic comes in waves. The pool is open at 8a-10pm and it made it very convenient for whatever we needed to go do and come back and wear the kids out. When we first checked in we had a leak start in the bathroom (the room was older) and they immediately got us a newer room and took care of us (before I could pack my stuff up). The Dutchman next door is big and a little pricey. Kids and I loved the Buckeye Diner next door more. There is a Dunkin in the parking lot and a small drive to lots of things in Mansfield for kids. We prefer this over Great Wolf Lodge while the kids are smaller and it fits our budget nicely.

Great place to go with kids. I went with my 3 children, they had a great time in the pool and on the slide. Water is warm which is perfect. Not a lot of space around the pool seating can be limited. Great time still and will be going back.

We were so excited to use the pool. Pool was way over occupincy. There were never clean towels to use when leaving the pool. The pool had no room to move, packed full of very rude families and kids. No staff in sight to contain the unsafe crowded pool. It definitely was over the recommended fire saftey occupancy listed on the walls around pool. Super unsafe and do not recommend if you are looking for "family friendly."

Courteous staff at check-in. Comfort Inns are consistent in facilities and amenities. You know what you are going to get at a Comfort Inn. The Splash pool a bonus for families with kids who need an activity!

The splash pool is why we went, that area was great, they wanted to charge us $35 for an early check in, they will charge if you $75 if you go 15 minutes past your check out time that was 11 am and another charge if you don’t turn in your room keys. Breakfast was good, area to small to hold that many people, ate in the lobby.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovating and a deep clean. The sleeping room absolutely did not match the display photos. We stayed mostly for the waterpark/pool area, which was much smaller than anticipated, and the water in one of hot tubs appeared to be murky. We tried to keep our expectations low, but even still, we had hoped for a little more.

Room was good, thin walls but clean. Shower sprayed outside on the floor causing us to have soaked towels. Pool was disgusting, noticeably thick murky water. Splash park was nice. Staff called me every 30mins starting at 4:30 trying to see when I was planning to check in, even AFTER checking into 1 of the 3 rooms booked and telling them the others were on the way to check in. Totally different from my last couple of times being there so quality has went way down. $250 per room was NOT worth it. Will not be returning.
