The property & room were very clean and fresh. Although our hallway smelled like cigarettes, the odd smell never entered our room. Members of the staff were very friendly & breakfast was constantly refreshed. Overall, we felt very safe and the location was excellent, with restaurants and shopping in the same vicinity. It was perfectly located for us, between Columbus and Cleveland.

Worth it

Well worth the money!! Clean and comfortable room, very nice breakfast, coffee, tea, juice and pastries always available. Staff was VERY nice and helpful. Building is dated but amenities make up for it.

Friendly and engaging staff. Facilities were clean but a bit worn and dayed. One of the queen beds in our room had either broken springs or bed support slats, but the check-out person did make a note of it for maintenence.

Great option along I-71. One of the best points of this hotel is the staff. The service was great, they speak English that those of us who speak English is a first language can understand and do not have the negative foreign vibe that so many hotels do nowadays in America. This hotel is on my go to list when am in the area. To the staff keep up the good work. To your competition, come stay here and learn how a good hotel can be run.

The staff at this property was exceptional. We were travelling with another family for a group event. Jill was so accommodating, allowing us to play cards in the common area, have our pizza, and socialize with other families. The pool was also just the right temperature and not crowded. We enjoyed our stay because of the wonderful hospitality we received. The property is older and could use some updating but it was clean and served our needs. Both Jill and Milo were great - they represent what hospitality is supposed to be.
