「Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable.
Floors in bathroom were not clean.
The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds.
The breakfast was good.」

「We only stayed one night and the total stay was about 14 hours as we just wanted to visit Shawshank Prison while passing though. But it was a great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. It is 10 min from Shawshank and near so many other things. Bathroom was clean, shower was great, breakfast was great. Free parking, pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here.」

「The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff .
The staff was fantastic , helpful kind .
The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down.
But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could.
Staff was super helpful.」
