「The sheets and towels appeared to be clean, but the floor was filthy. I had to clean it with a towel after checking in. Shower dribbled like a septuagenarian with prostate issues. Water, what little there was, was hot, so I could was. Noisy neighbor, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, other than this price range brings in a higher percentage of riff-raff.」

「The property was very clean but they were short staffed. It was hard to find a staff member at certain hours of the day. They did not provide turnover service during my stay. My tv was not working. It would turn on but it would stay stuck on the guide channel. I was unable to change channels & unable to watch tv. The free breakfast was decent. The pool stayed open late.」

「This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The floor needed to be vacuumed and we were offered a vacuum to do it ourself. The refrigerator didn’t work. From the moment we got into the room my elderly grandmother was coughing and couldn’t stop until we checked out and left. We were in the room for 15 mins and checked out!!! Thankfully we were refunded all of our money so we could find somewhere else to stay.」

「We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental.」

「The staff was amazing. The property... ooof... this place could be so much better, but it is just subpar. Rooms mediocre with dirty in crevices and exhaust fans. We had two conditioners and one shampoo in the shower (so no shower gel) in the bottles that attach to the walls. The AC was loud when cycling and also sounded like running water, so bring white noise. We were there for a baseball tournament at SportsForce and this is one of the hotels that was an option (because they often force teams...

「Rooms were basic clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent and the room had microwave/fridge. The bathroom was also very nice. The lobby and common areas were a bit dated and the breakfast was very minimal. Still a great value!」
