Very nice building and location. Pleasant welcoming and energetic staff. Didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. Very handy base for Cleveland - out of the city but not too far.

The hotel has such character. It was very beautiful, clean and in a great location. The people were wonderful, they had the temperament of Disney employees (very patient and polite). The rooms were roomy, we had a deluxe, and the housekeeping was excellent.

The room smelled damp and musty. The bed linens were thin as toilet paper. They tried to make the rooms look nice with updated decor but doesn't his the fact it's an old building with decaying infrastructure. Disappointed
