“I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room,but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”
