“4 rather than 5 stars because the desk staff were not always available. Also we were there with another couple and sat in the lobby to play a game after dinner. While we were sitting there, an employee went through the closed breakfast room doors and shortly after that, we could smell strong cigarette smoke for quite a long time coming from that area. When we checked in, the desk clerk asked if we wanted both rooms charged to the card used to reserve the room and we asked to have the charges……

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”
