When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review

The room was very cold, it took a lot to warm it up. (Winter trip) The bathroom never got warm, the ceramic floor was freezing. There were barely enough towels, and only about 3 Kleenex before we ran out. The only garbage can was in the bathroom. Normally Hampton is awesome, guess we caught this one on a bad night.

My room was not ready when I arrived, not a problem since it was an early check-in, but Samatha sent me to three rooms before I found one that was actually ready and blamed housekeeping, who was working hard to get rooms done. She did not even know what type of room she was sending me to even though in the system it does show room type. The rooms HVAC unit was not working properly and the heat kept going out on a very frigid Ohio night. I had to keep getting up to fix the thermostat and the staff knew this was a problem and still put guests in those rooms. The refrigerator froze my drinks and Courtney did replace two of them but only upon asking. The employee who was taking care of breakfast was unloading a truck and the front desk was supposed to keep watch which she did not and there was no hot food until the other person came back. She was so nice and very apologetic and worked hard to get the guests food. There were no more than twelve guests at any time in the dining area so it wasn’t slammed and the front desk was not busy. I have stayed at this location previous and for an extended period of time and I will not be going back. Things happen and instead of owning up to the mistakes that were made the CSR Samatha did nothing but make excuses fro all the issue that not only I had but the other guests that had been complaining as well. Customer Service at this location was always outstanding so I am not sure that the problem is now. I will say that ALEXA was amazing!

Got a discount on Thanksgiving weekend. Stopped for one night. The breakfast is good. The bed is clean. The carpet in the room still have some stain. The toilet flushing with a loud, explosive sound. But overall is a good place to stay on your trip. Have several restaurants and shopping area nearby.

The room was spotless, the beds comfortable (memory foam), and the TV had a personalized welcoming message. My friend likes to take baths, but the bathtub lacked the little gizmo that you push down to close the drain. Also the fan in the bathroom didn't work. We did not report these issues as we were in and out a lot; they may have corrected them if they had known. All in all, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again!

Room was clean. And the best part was seeing how clean and well stocked the breakfast area was. There was a group of middle school students there and they were eating having a great time but the staff made sure everything was kept clean, wipe down and fully stocked. Sherry deserves kudos for such a great job.
