“Don't let the outside of the property dissuade you from renting. The house itself was clean. The kitchen was spacious and beautiful. The refrigerator was clean and quite large! And they provided K-cups for the Keurig. The beds were very comfortable, as were the couches and chair in the living room. Although we didn't need to use it because we only stayed two nights, there's a washer and dryer available for use with complimentary detergent pods. Very pleased!”

“Our experience was not a good one. We had a toilet issue that took much prodding to get fixed. We had to manually load the tank each time for it to fill enough to flush. We had an ant problem that the solution was for someone to hand us ant spray and traps. Mold in basement bathroom.The pillows in the bedrooms were disgusting. The place itself needs some TLC. I would not stay again.”

“We needed a cozy spot on the north side of Akron for our cousin’s wedding and the location was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Having off street parking was handy due to a bit of snow. We appreciated that the owner had kept some of the original features and beautiful woodwork of the original home.”

“We visit extended Canton area here and there, and we were really pleased to have chosen to stay at the Farmhouse. Great location in relation to local towns and areas we wanted to visit during our stay. Close to Canton for Pro Football Hall of Fame. We ate at local hibachi restaurants, went to local grille’s and also a brewery nearby. Being across the street from a playground also helped with the kids. Area was great. The Farmhouse itself we thought was amazing. 3 large bedrooms, two full baths……

“After a long drive, it was a wonderful surprise to find that Heritage House was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was clean, convenient, and easy to find in what seems to be a quiet neighborhood. There are several restaurants and resources close by. We were very comfortable there during our stay and I would highly suggest it to anyone, especially for the very reasonable price. Thank you for making us feel at home while we were traveling!”
