The Space:
This penthouse is a one level apartment with rooftop accessible through indoor staircase, located on the top floor of a 3 story building. There's a balcony off the living room and master bedroom with a dining set perfect to enjoy breakfast while listening to the morning sounds of the jungle.
The private rooftop is accessible through indoor stairs. In it, you have a hot tub, outdoor furniture and a hammock...perfect spot to enjoy the sunset while having dinner or a drink!

The Neighborhood:
Within the resorts you can use shuttles but they don't have a fixed schedule so plan for extra time.
Tao is one of the private residential within Tulum Country Club. It features two community pools surrounded by golf course and jungle. It's a twenty minute walk from Club House, which has a restaurant opened for breakfast to dinner (they offer delivery to the apartment), golf cart rentals and it is where you get all inclusive passes and green passes!
The golf course has 27 holes divided in two courses, a par-72, 18-hole professional course and a par-3, 9-hole executive course... at the Club House you will be able to purchase your membership, green passes and more!
At an additional cost, you can access to the tao wellness center for yoga, gym, lap pools, lockers and more
There are four hotels within the complex for which you can purchase the day and or night all-inclusive passes and spend some time of your stay enjoying their foods, drinks and activities. Also at Club House you can get the passes as well as more information.
Within the complex you will find "Hacienda Doña Isabel", a common area for residents with sport bars, souvenirs stores, casino and a nightclub, shows & events, pharmacy, doctors and Chapel "Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe"
KAY Beach Club, is a public accessed beach club but within Tulum Country Club located 10 minutes drive from the residential.... the view, environment, service and food are simply the best!
Important notes:
As ram ph5 is a private residential we cannot have influence in the local policies of the beach club.
Kay Beach Club rate to owners only is $550.00 mexican pesos per person and if their quote rises to a minimum of
$2,750.00 mxn they can have a 10 percent additional discount.For guests the rate for individual lounge chairs per person is $300.00 mnx and $550 mnx for double lounge chairs per person. The rent of the lounge chairs does not include food, what you consume inside the establishment will be additional to the rent of the lounge chairs.
If you don't want to consume you can also access for free to the beach but it is not allowed to enter with food or drinks.
Pets are not allowed at kay beach club.

Recommendations:
If you plan to do a lot of tourism in the area rent a car.
Grocery stores are just 10/15 minutes driving distance.
Akumal town is less than a 10 minutes drive and you will find restaurants, pharmacy, small store, gas station and a doctor's office.
Playa Del Carmen and Tulum with different type of entertainment and a vibrant nightlife are just 30 minutes drive.
