Nous avions l appartement avec 3 chambres, situé au 3eme étage. Superbe vue ! Le logement est propre et très bien équipé. De plus il y avait de petites attentions comme : huile, sel poivre et sucre neufs, des filtres à café, du papier toilette en quantité, des boites de mouchoirs, de la crème solaire neuve et du répulsif à moustiques (pas nécessaire dans le logement car à proximité de la mer et donc d un léger vent). Sur la terrasse, il y a deux hamac et une table avec des chaises ainsi que deux fauteuils. Le logement est spacieux, grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la mer dans la salon / cuisine et persiennes que l on peut ouvrir depuis la chambre parentale pour profiter de la vue. Il y a des places de parking devant le logement. Petit bémol quand même quant à l isolation sonore entre le couloir et le logement. Le quartier et calme et sécurisé (accès controlé à l entrée). Je recommande ce logement, qui de plus est idéalement situé pour profiter de la plage, du snorkeling et des visites à faire autour.

Great value, for those looking to get away for a few days and just disconnect and relax. Property is on half moon bay which you can swim, but need to get past the few meters of scattered shoreline rock. Beyond the 1st 10ft from shore it’s soft sand and you should be fine for snorkeling. Also the Yal Ku lagoon is a short and pleasant 5 minute walk up the road. This has incredible snorkeling,and where you only pay a small entrance fee for a day wristband. You can also rent snorkel and fins for a reasonable rate, or bring your own. Very good beach bar/restaurant next door, and the walk into the main village is about 10 minutes. It’s a pleasant walk, but also have tuk tuk like transportation options always running into town. This is a very quiet, low key area for those who wish to just relax. No glitz or nightlife action. Great for families looking for quality family time. I would definitely stay here again, but maybe for only 2-3 days as I like a little more night life entertainment options. With that exception, everything else was wonderful at this property 😎👍

La playa que está enfrente de la estancia tiene mucho sargazo, tuvimos que caminar unos 15 minutos para llegar a la playa principal sin sargazo. Igualmente las opciones para comer cerca son pocas, solo el restaurante La Buena Vida, para lo demás hay que caminar al menos 15 minutos. Casi no pasan taxis o mototaxis, tal vez a una buena opción si se renta bici o carro.

Beautiful view, right on the beach. Small simple room for my daughter and I - had what we needed and we LOVED the restaurant La Buena Vida! Room was clean, wifi was good, smart TV, but again the VIEW and the sound of the waves at night is what we loved most. Restaurant is about 100m S of the hotel. We loved the staff, the view and the food (Alberto was extremely helpful and a great server!) The Jungle Cafe is a short walk N and they do a nice breakfast. It’s a bit of a walk to the tourist area and even farther to the Pueblo, but colectivo (bus) and tuk-tuks are available to go snorkel, swim w turtles or visit local cenotes. We will be back!

I liked the fact that the property was in front of the beach, and its design is unique. However, there was a lot of algae along the shore and lots of ants crawling inside the unit. There was also a blackout due to the rain and the ceiling was leaking

Great location! Couches are really uncomfortable but we were mostly on the beach and did not use them often. Staff was responsive to all requests. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely gorgeous
We LOVED it here! The room was gorgeous and very clean. The staff was wonderful. I cant say enough good things. We loved sitting on our balcony watching the waves in the bay. The only advice I have for travelers is that theres not a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance (when its 95° I didnt want to walk too far) so be prepared to bring some food or get tuk-tuks to get some variety. The Buena Vida restaurant next door is wonderful though! We loved everything we got there (and we ate there almost every day!)

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beach view, amazing to be able to snorkel in the mornings steps away from room. Fully stocked kitchen everything needed to cook comfortably, drinking water provided. Housekeeping kept out room spotless. Can’t wait to return. Be sure to bring water shoes, as shoreline is rocky.

Good for the price!
Pros: Very clean. Shower was hot. A/C worked. Balcony with furniture was nice. Provided drinking water was nice plus cups for it. Beach chairs were well shaded and in good condition. Pool is next door at the restaurant. We brought our own beers over to the pool in a backpack, no one gave us any grief. Cons: not the hotels fault, but the seaweed was piled up a bit and one day the water was very brown. Wifi was not super strong. Bikes are 9 usd for a day which was steep enough a price. The walk to the main beach takes about 25 minutes and it is a HOT 25 minutes - you may get lucky and catch a tuk tuk or the local collectivo but no guarantees. Can ask for a cab booking from Del Sol staff for likely about 200 peso.

Our 2 bedroom condo was fantastic, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. So nice to be right on the beach with lots of chairs and loungers, and a table. Great place to sit for our morning coffee. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Frederico is great if you have any questions. The pool is nice and just a short walk up the road or beach. We would certainly come back

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre lit king avec cuisinette. La vue est magnifique et la fenestration est abondante. Nous avons peu utilisé la clim vu l'excellente ventilation. La cuisinette offre le strict nécessaire mais le large frigo est bienvenu. Le bain face à la fenêtre qui ouvre sur la terrasse est très bien. La chambre a une terrasse vaste côté mer et une encore plus vaste côté jungle, pour observer les couchers de soleil. L'internet est variable, insuffisant pour le télétravail. Nous avons manqué d'eau à une occasion. Les fenêtres ne sont pas toutes étanches et le vent souffle parfois bruyamment. La plage de sable est rocailleuse sous l'eau: pas de problème si vous avez des souliers en conséquence. Une auto est hautement désirable. Des options de restauration sont offertes à courte distance de marche. Un de nos sites préférés de la riviera Maya. Nous y reviendrons.
