「The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.」

「no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels bottle refilled. 「算是安靜的飯店、地理位置不錯」

「We stayed at the hotel for three nights from  and booked a total of seven rooms.   But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. When we ask what facilities the hotel has? The front desk replies back to the room to check for yourself....

「Stunning views. Quiet. Rejuvenated. Michal best hot stone masseuse」

「It was a very comfortable stay in Jerusalem. The room size was reasonable and in general it is clean and tidy. There is also a swimming pool on the rooftop but unfortunately it was empty and not open, probably because it is winter. 」
