The pool was clean and of a nice design. There are no walkable attractions close to the hotel. The hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. The hotel was clean and bright.

The hotel and its inner surroundings is a welcome sanctuary to what is outside the main gate. The food could do with being warmer and the repeated piano music is just terrible. Apart from that its decent, with a good gym, pool area and lobby.

Terrible-No hot water

It was terrible stay, checked it in the midnight. no hot water in the room, was forced to take shower in cold water. complained in the morning but wasn't fixed till i checked out in the afternoon.

It is not only a Hotel, it is the best resort you can have your holidays in. Nice atmosphere and facilities specially the pool side, kids cinema and gaming cafe. Excellent staff, the receptionists and the restaurant crew. A special thanks to Yasser “ Operation Manager”, the guy who you find everywhere in tho hotel to welcome you and solve your problems. In the pool he guides you to a place you sit, In the restaurant he help you to get a free table for your breakfast and refills for any item. He is here and there for you. Just one comment, seems that the Hotel needs more staff for the rush times.
