The hotel is pretty well located, is well maintained specially the common areas, the staff are friendly and provide good service. The only flaw the rooms, are a bit outdated, they are in need of renovation. But other than this, the hotel is good. We recommend it.

Nice hotel for business and holidays
Stayed here couple of times on my business trip to Dammam, hotel room is clean and spacious, breakfast is delicious with good selections. Service is decent for Saudi standards, price is reasonable, nothing much to complain, will stay here again definitely.
