"Dear Hotel Management Team, I would like to start by saying that I had a very positive experience with the overall condition of the hotel. The property was very clean, and the room itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and enjoyable to stay in. I appreciate the effort your team puts into keeping the hotel at a high standard. I did want to share a couple of suggestions that may help improve the guest experience. During my stay, I found it somewhat difficult to locate or reach housekeeping when assistance was needed. Having clearer communication about housekeeping availability, hours, or a more visible way to request service could make things easier for guests. Additionally, I noticed that some of the expected room toiletries were not provided. Ensuring that all standard amenities are checked and available before a guest arrives would help create a more complete and comfortable experience. I want to emphasize that these comments are meant as constructive feedback to help improve an already good hotel. The cleanliness and quality of the room were excellent, and I appreciate the hard work of your staff. With a few small adjustments, I believe the guest experience could be even better. "Really helpful staff, front deal duty manager faraz always willing to help. Allowed late check out. Housekeeping staff really helpful. Arbil I think his name was always checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed. Very close to mosque, ladies entrance. Convenient for families. Rooms large and spacious. However rooms can be cleaner, lots of finger prints on doors, furniture, needs a good wipe."

"Currently staying in the hotel in room 1206. Frequent visitor to Saudi and generally stay a bit closer to the mosque than this hotel. Seeing it is new thought would check it out. Location is 4/5. Breakfast for the standard and quality of hotel is average and needs to step up with their variety. Housekeeping is superb. Staff are polite, attentive and professional. The service of the room is done daily and MD Tariqul Islam and Imran on the 12th floor do an amazing job. They are a credit to this hotel and thank you to them both for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. I am currently staying in room 1206 at the hotel. I am a regular visitor to Saudi Arabia and usually prefer to stay a bit closer to home. Given its newness, I thought I would give it a try. The location is a four out of five. The breakfast is average for the standard and quality of the hotel, and they could really boost their variety. The housekeeping is excellent. The staff are polite, attentive and professional. The room service is done daily, and MD Tariqul Islam and Imran on the 12th floor do an amazing job. They are a credit to the hotel, and I thank them both for making our stay comfortable and pleasant."
