「very bad service because I pay in hotel and they refuse to give me receipt, while Hotels.com told me Capital hotel have to give me the receipt, very strange and bad service!! also the room is very noise to sleep well!」

「The hotel is lovely. But the surrounding area and the rest of the building is dirty and feels unsafe due to the men milling about and smoking at all hours. The area is filthy. But that's Cairo, so what can you do-it's not the hotel's fault. The hotel is top notch, and anywhere else would be 5-star. 」
