「I am not sure if this review is for a single condo (311) or for the whole complex. 311 is lovely, very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed and couch. 「Our one bedroom 6th floor beachfront condo had fantastic views. King bedroom, full kitchen, separate alcove with two bunk beds, two bathrooms with two full showers, living room, and huge balcony. The furniture, countertops, and decorations in our unit were a bit dated but everything was very clean. I'm more than happy to trade a very good room rate for a few dents and dings. 「The property was beautiful and very clean! You could not ask for a better view of the sunset from the balcony or right from the living room couch! We had no issues so I did not need to communicate with the host during our stay but we communicated a few times prior to our trip and he was very quick to reply to emails and was very professional and kind. 」
