“The view was amazing! We reserved an angle room and upon arrival when I confirmed the view I was told they didn't have "angle view" noted on my reservation. Fortunately, I pulled up my Expedia app and showed the very kind and professional front desk person my confirmation. She was able to give us a beautiful angle view room on the sixth floor. It was GORGEOUS!”

“The hotel was what I expected for the price. No disappointments there. The bar, on the other hand was a totally different story. I was there with three other couples for a medical school graduation for two of our children. My wife’s ex-husband and wife made it to the bar and so did the brides family. The bartender would not let me open a tab for me and my wife and said they could only accommodate two tabs per table. I wasn’t even sitting at an adjacent table. I went to the bar and she acted like……

“My room was dirty, we had no hot water in the shower, and I was charged 3 times. ”

“Over all stay was good. Booked the room on Expedia which was nice and easy. Upon checking in at the hotel the clerk had me run my card for “incidentals”. Ran it 2 times and each time my card was charged and immediately refunded. 3 time it took but none of them showed up on the hotel screen. All in all it took about 20 minutes to get manager to waive the process. ”
