「I traveled with my wife and kids. Expedia messed up on our reservation, but the ladies at the front desk helped us out. Becareful booking out with expedia as they will tell you a "view," but really that view is of the parking lot, not the beach. Again, the front desk services helped us out and as usual, this property knocks it out of the park. The location is great. 「This was our 2nd stay and we will not return. On check-in, who appeared to be the manager, demanded both phone number and email address. I stated phone number should be adequate. He stated no, must have both. Was just there the previous year, and was not asked to provide both. Room was not ready on time and then put us in a room that had not yet been cleaned. The 2nd room we were assigned on the 7th floor had an issue with ants (crawling on one of the beds, in the bed, on the nightstand, and on...
