「The bathroom didn’t have a fan so every time you took a shower, the steam would just melt in there and everything would get all wet, including the towels. The room had a constant funky odor smell. The staff at the front desk only had one person who seemed to know what she was doing. Everyone else gave us conflicting information when we’d ask a question which made us miss the breakfast the first day. There was a ceiling tile missing in the breakfast area downstairs that would leak onto the table...
