「Clean room with modern decor and a balcony. Bathroom was large/modern & stocked with extra towels. Microwave available on each floor in ice machine room. Overall, nice property with pools and private beach (managed by helpful and friendly beach boys). You can self-park in a large exposed lot that has a covered drop off area. Only negatives: Coffee shop employees were not very friendly & aloof. Alcoholic drinks were too expensive for their size ($15+ for 6-8 oz, but I would stay here again.」

「Terrible customer service. We had a great experience until I accidentally left something in the room. After a week, I had a friend who lives there pick it up and send it to me. The level of ignorance and incompetence did not leave me with any faith that they could use the mail correctly. I was genuinely afraid if left in their hands that I may never see my items again. 「I love everything about this hotel… my friend and I were seeing an evening show at the Gogue theater and wanted to go out and get drinks later (maybe listen to some jazz at the Piccolo) and didn’t want to have to get back in the road to Montgomery.
