“Great location”

“The staff were nice enough. Our room was very clean. But our first night our air conditioner rattled and kept me up all night. The next morning we let them know about it, they had someone come look at it after we left. When we arrived back our room was 78 degrees and they had it set on 67. We told them the air was now quiet but it wasn’t working. The maintenance man came back and he changed out the entire AC unit and we left again. When we got back around 10:30 that night it was still 78 degrees……

“I messaged the property in the morning asking if there was any chance if checking in earlier than 4 pm. They never answered. The corner room was supposed to be a beach view. It was of the street with the beach off to the side.”

“Beautiful hotel located in downtown Auburn and directly across the street from Auburn University. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The perfect location to walk to the restaurants and shops. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was Amazing! Very gourmet, beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Nothing everything is dirty the food was nasty and the place looked like it was falling apart”
