「I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.」

「This hotel was very clean and easy to get to several shopping centers/restaurants (walking distance). 」

「Beautiful lake views; great to sit out in the morning and drink coffee over looking the lake.」

「I did not like that they charged $75 dollars extra when I never used room service, housekeeping, did not use the coffee and I ran out of lotion. Like someone added an extra 75 dollars because they had access to it.」
