「Everything was great! 」

「it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it. 」

「We received a confirmation and then at 2am the day before check in they sent an email cancellation of confirmation because they couldn’t find a maid service??? Joke, we had to scramble to find a place to stay that day 15 hrs from home…… nightmare. Thanks 」

「This is an excellent location for a get away: a gorgeous view with beachfront rooms beckons you. The suites are super roomy, and your dog is welcome. Check out the Tiki Bar for fruity cocktails and local beer. If you plan to eat breakfast, go down early. Quantities run low after 9 am. If I could suggest anything it would be this - provide sandwich selections in the afternoon for those who don’t want to leave the beach to grab a bite.」

「Our room was very clean with newer updates. The shower did have a leaking door and some water damage to the wall. Beds were really comfortable, but bring your own pillow. The complementary breakfast was one of the best of any hotel we’ve stayed in. Fresh omelettes every morning. Location was perfect and in walking distance to many stores and restaurants. 「I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. 「Did not feel like a safe place to stay. The room was clean. The blankets had stains the floor was sticky. Gave a sketchy atmosphere. 」

「Everything was perfect, from the staff to the indoor pool! The indoor pool was the highlight of the stay for my children and I absolutely loved Ms. Julie and Zach! They were extremely kind and very professional! Our room was clean and had just what we needed for our 4 children, they loved the bunk beds as well! We will definitely book here for our next trip!」

「Dirty, trashy, nothing worked from tv to refrigerate, hair dryers, pool wasn’t clean, non smoking room but cigarettes holes in blankets, smelled, never stay again!! 」

「My only complaint was a roach in the spare bedroom, we only found one but I’m always worried there are more. Otherwise it was a great location, beautiful view, short walk to the beach and wasn’t overly crowded. We had to leave early for a family emergency so I wish I could’ve enjoyed it for more than what I did. 」

「The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly. 」
