「Responsive host good location. 」

「Well communication was horrible the digital lock batteries died and I couldn't get in the place and it was raining I had my 3 year old daughter and we were out in the rain messages the host multiple times even vrbo tried to contact host but couldn't get in contact with her. Called a locksmith to rekey door lock and I left the new key when I checked out. Also left the place cleanier than it was when I arrived. 」

「The stay was very quiet and peaceful with the only exception of fresh avocados falling onto the roof once in a while, LOL. We enjoyed coffee and mimosas in their backyard serenity. Check-in was super convenient and overall place was nicely done, including games and darts for kids. In our situation, there was an unusual circumstance that was incontrollable by anyone and the owners were more than willing to accommodate and quick to respond. 「Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. We took advantage of all the great restaurants/cafes that were walking/biking distance away (La Note, Imm, Rose Pizzeria, and more). 「This is a wonderful location to access Oakland, Marin, and San Francisco. The neighborhood is wonderful with many views from the property and walking through the neighborhood. Warren is so easy to reach and is very responsive to any questions you might have. The cute little town of Rockridge is only a 20 minute walk away, and of course very accessible by car. So many great independent stores and wonderful restaurant scene.」
