"Staff at the front desk was extremely helpful even with things not related to the property. Breakfast was very good, but l would have liked a better selection of yogurt. There was only one. If you rely on Google maps to get you back to the property from the south on 410, it tells you to turn left on Jones Maltsberger and then right into the parking lot, but it is the parking lot of the wrong hotel and you can’t get through to the Heritage Inn. Very frustrating."

"When we first arrived everyone was very kind. Even though it was 12:30am! What I was disappointed with is that when my 83 year old mother on a diuretic uses the restroom in our hotel room and the toilet didnt flush…wasnt as bad until I went to the front desk to notify the front desk attendant (no one was answering the phone), she replied with, unfortunately they didn’t have a handyman until the morning. If we could hold it? I don’t know which was most disappointing…no handyman or the fact that the front desk attendant asked that we hold it! I asked her about switching rooms. She was able to provide us room. At least she was very sweet!"

"The staff were very nice and accommodating. The Hotel lobby and Food areas are very nice, but even with renovations the rooms are old, but clean. Could hear people in the next rooms and it sounded like kids were jumping off the beds up stairs for most of the night. Not quite sure if the higher price was worth it as you are not really on the River walk, it does start across the street so it was very near. Honestly will probably pick a different hotel next time as I think there are better ones for the price."

"We have stayed here many times, first time since the takeover. One thing bothersome is the AC dies at night with no motion in the room. It gets really hot while sleeping, we overheard other people in the pool saying the same thing. Brought it up to the front desk and they acted like they’ve never heard that, google says otherwise."
