"This hotel has really gone downhill. It needs a lot of maintenance. The basic rooms don’t even have a microwave, refrigerator or even body wash. It’s ok for a quick overnight stay to go to the airport.. but that’s it. "

"The room was nice and spacious, but not very clean. The floors were sticky, there were smears and stains on the bathroom walls, the tables throughout the room had some sticky smears. Our bathroom sink barely drained and was very slow. I had a few cold showers during our 3 night reservation. We did notify the front desk and hotel messaging about the issues and was told that the drain would be fixed first thing in the morning, the floors would be cleaned to remove the maple syrup smell and stickiness, and the boiler would be reset to improve the water temp. Not one housekeeping or maintenance visit occurred during our stay. The front desk was pleasant and friendly and did reset the water for us to have a warm shower the final night. The breakfast was underwhelming and the breakfast area was dirty. We will be staying at a different location the next time we visit San Antonio. "

"would give this hotel 5 out of 5 if it weren’t for a few issues in the room. The shower head was broken, and there was a random connecting door that wouldn’t fully close or lock properly. Fixing these would make the stay perfect"

"The stay was ok. The area wasn’t the best didn’t feel the safest. Also we were only given 1 bath towel and the upstairs people were super loud not the properties fault but it was ok. I wouldn’t stay here again "

"My stay was horrible and I never been through this before. The manager forced us to pay before we arrived and charged my car convinced us to reserve that way. Then we arrived to a dirty room. We were moved to a room that the window was open all night and we didn’t know until the next day and my son was playing by it about to fall out. We went to Seaworld for about 9 hours and requested housekeeping but came back to the room just the way we left it and no housekeeping came at all. We had to make our own trash bags and go get our own towels because the dirty towels were still in the room. This was unacceptable and the manager told me she would give me points for a free stay with a Windham hotel but I’m still waiting. "
