「Very enjoyable, clean and quiet 」

「They gave us check in instructions late! Now no one is available to talk to you prices are high! They owners are so greedy not even two bottles of water for coffee, The reins we stayed at were dirty apon arrival and they had hair on the floor and bed shirt were not clean properly! I would never stay ever again! However I travel the world and I am a platinum member on Expedia I didn’t enjoy my stay people are not paying high money for this I will never stay at this property again. Especially...

「Our room had a musty smell to it and the view outside the window was horrible-dirty house yard next door. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were bad. 」

「No front entrance if coming from the west best to go past then come in from the east on the frontage road, the back is very steep. 」

「The property was very welcoming to our pets, no issues at all. The staff was also friendly and provided everything we needed or asked for. The continental breakfast could use some work. The choices they did have available were fine, but more choices would’ve been great. Cable TV for the room, a comfy bed and clean bedding as well. It was a great place to stay while we explored the town. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Parking was adequate and well lit. We were arriving late and front desk reached out to make sure everything was ok! We had prepaid for our room to our arrival, thats what I call service!」

「Property great location. Walking distance to main and shops and restaurants. Clean room. Front office night staff very rude. I had to fight for 1 blanket and 2 towels. Was told short staff and short on clean towels. 3 female guests and hewanted us to use the only 2 towels in the room. I dont think so. I felt like i had to make him do his job by getting a blanket for my room. Breakfast was good.」

「Room was very clean, nice comfortable bed. No interaction with staff. Air conditioning was ok but I’m cold natured, my bf isn’t. There were no coffee cups in our room & mostly de-caf coffee. We couldn’t get the tv to work. Overall I would recommend it though. 」

「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「This is a very cute property within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the noise - branches on roof all night, early morning dumpster service, followed by lawn service. 」

「Had to switch rooms because our first one had dirty towels and smelled of smoke. Staff was courteous in making the change. Wifi was in and out the whole time. The wind caused roof damage on our 2nd night, so there was debris in the parking lot. Location wasn't bad but could have been cleaner and better cared for.」
