The air conditioner in one of our bunk houses started making horrific noises, and we couldn’t call out on the Emergency number to get anyone to fix it since we discovered it after hours. “The room smelled terrible from smoke. Evidently someone had smoked in the room,although a No Smoking sign was posted. We could Not watch TV ,the batteries in the remote were dead so the TV would Not turn on. The toilet was leaking water from the bottom of the toilet onto to the floor. I guess the only good experience was the bed was comfortable. ”

When we were preparing to check out, three men knocked on our door, ten minutes before checkout. They did not announce themselves as housekeeping and there was no cleaning cart in the hall.
