“Excellent accommodations in a beautiful setting ”

“Staff needs better training. Akways seems to be issues with computers. Ice machines had no ice. Another guest told me they had checked several of them. Maid service was requested twice, but showed up late in evening. My brother had to go to check in 5 times in 3 days because of card issues with the door to his room. I am disappointed in my first time there. ”

“Indoor pool/friendly staff - best feature. But the hotel is ‘tired’ and feels dirty. Room: 214 - door to room does not completely shut, door/door frames needs a good wipe down; everything smelled clean, but all linen were stained - yellow, brown, and more. Curtains in room also had stains; shower curtain also had stains. ”

“Most of the staff were extremely nice. I am taking off a couple of stars because of one woman working the reception. I didn’t catch her name (brunette, glasses), but she was less than cordial when we came at 2:30pm Tues March 10 to see if the room might be ready and then when I returned my room keys the next morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. Maybe she was having a bad couple of days, but otherwise a pleasant hotel (the gentlemen that checked me in around 5pm the same day was very nice).”

“Room was upstairs and mostly ok. Had swallow bird nests on emergency light by the room door (clean those off please). Door would shut/secure but could se huge amounts of light on 3 sides of door. Room air was noisy as possible from a unit but I could tolerate it. Nice pool and cats poolside…wife loved it. Will I stay here again, yes mostly for low price, I am cheap. But know what you’re in for when staying. ”

“I have been dreading writing this review all day because I wanted to love this resort; however, this was basically a dump. It’s a fantastic lobby area but the hotel is basically a mid 1980s apartment complex. Everything from the tiles to the faucets to the bathroom to the exterior of all the buildings screams 1985. For a resort the pool looks like a 1985 apartment complex pool, there’s no gym or spa. Now the lobby area is top notch, and the golf course looked nice. But this was the biggest……
