「The room is damp, and the curtains are moldy. The bed sheets are not clean, and the toilet leaks at the base where it meets the floor.」

「I'm not sure why they only give 2 face towels for 2 adults 🤔 I don't wipe my face with the same towels I wipe my body」

「Customer Service from the Manager. Her name was Cristina she was very helpful during my stay.」

「Good stay for the price!. Just needs a bit more renovation and staying on top of the house keeping a bit more. Get rid of the carpet and install laminate flooring, which it would make it a bit more modern.」

「Arrived late. To find a dirty room. Used condom behind the bed. Pubic hair on the walls in the bathroom. Crickets and dirt all over the floor. TV remote would not control the TV. Asked for refund was only given a partial payment. Seriously needs to address house keeping! Booked room for 4 there were only 2 towels. No amenities ice, coffee or anything else.」

「The 2nd night our hot water went out. They said it would be fixed by the morning because it was the weekend. It still wasn't fixed by time I checked out that evening. I was also locked out of my room due to a battery issue. I understand things happen, but I had to sit in the parking lot nearly two hours for the staff to fix the problem and still no hot water. When I asked for a refund for that night the manager refused. He was very rude, and argumentative. I will never stay there again...
